Tom MacNeill was born on April 5, 1982 in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He is known for his work on Underworld: Awakening (2012), Süsses, sonst gibt's Saures! (2007) and Der Fluch der 2 Schwestern (2009).

Graduated from Cowichan Secondary School in 2001. Worked as a cameraman for Shaw Cable for three years before attending Capilano college. Raised in Charlottetown Prince Edward Island from 1987 to 1998. Born at Lions Gate Hospital. Also graduated from Stonepark Intermediate at Charlottetown, PEI in 1998. Lived in Inuvik, North-West Territories from 1984 to 1987. Rode a Thorobred horse named Commodore to his graduation banquet. Was in the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet corps from 1999 to 2001. Went to Capilano University the same time as did Graham Wardle and Danielle Barker. Did a commercial for Gotaxi.com in 2011. Was involved in boycotting the Chilean tall "Esmeralda" in the North Vancouver harbor along with many Chileans living in Vancouver. Currently working for Canada post.
